The review was convened to assess progress, examine implementation dynamics, and recalibrate strategies for the project’s remaining trajectory. The World Bank delegation, led by Susan Wong (Regional Task Team Leader), comprised Raymond Kirwa (Co-TTL), Nneka Okereke (Senior Social Development Specialist), Leonard Ngumbah (Program Analyst), Elijah Siakpere (Senior Social Inclusion Specialist), and Ndeye Magatte Seck (Senior Operations Officer). The mission commenced with a courtesy engagement at the Ministry, where Ms. Wong noted that the exercise presented an opportune moment for technical introspection and strategic consensus on the way forward.
