through the CDD approach, community clusters are directly involved in subproject identification, planning, implementation and monitoring to deliver resilient community assets.

The project shall employ the CDD approach, where the community is provided with guidelines, access to information, and appropriate technical and financial support, to empower them to effectively participate in processes to identify and prioritise their development needs. This also includes working in partnership with local governments and other institutions to build small-scale community infrastructure, deliver basic services to address the development challenges identified, to enhance their livelihoods.
