This document outlines a step-by-step approach to the inauguration of Youth Parliaments and preparatory activities for Parliamentary Sittings. The primary objectives are to:
- Provide clear direction and enhance efficiency to reduce the time and effort required for planning and executing and to minimize mistakes;
- Provide a framework for decision making at the metropolitan, municipal, and district assembly (MMDA) level regarding Youth Parliament activities; and
- Establish clear responsibilities among key actors at the MMDA level, especially for the inauguration planning.
